Il 16 giugno 2010 le delegazioni sindacali si sono incontrate con la delegazione INFN e hanno discusso le seguenti questioni:
POLIZZA SANITARIA
Per consentire la graduale introduzione della nuova Polizza, verrà prevista la proroga di 6 mesi della Polizza sanitaria in scadenza a fine giugno che dunque resterà attiva e valida sino a fine anno. Ciò vale anche anche per i familiari iscritti.
POLIZZA RISCHI EXTRA PROFESSIONALI
A seguito delle rimostranze sindacali che hanno indotto l'INFN a rinegoziare con la società assicuratrice, ci viene comunicata la riduzione della quota di iscrizione a carico del dipendente dall'iniziale 13 al 6,5 mille calcolato su paga base + IIS.
SALARIO ACCESSORIO 2009 PERSONALE TECNICO ED AMMINISTRATIVO
A seguito della nota del MEF del 11 febbraio 2010, notificata all'ente il 25 maggio u.s., l'INFN ci comunica che occorre procedere all'ulteriore taglio del 10% anche dell'Indennità di Ente Mensile, riducendo il fondo da 8,260 a 8,065 M€, con un ulteriore danno per il personale di circa 195.000 €.

Gli assegnisti post-doc a cui non viene rinnovato il contratto al Politecnico di Torino.
Cosa pensereste di un'azienda con questi numeri? Per lo meno che è un'azienda in crisi.
È per questo che da un anno chiediamo l'istituzione di un tavolo di crisi. Ma nel frattempo non è stato fatto niente. Il risultato? 84 assegnisti post-doc senza un contratto.
Sono passati 2 mesi da quando abbiamo firmato con questo Ateneo un comunicato congiunto in cui si annunciava l'apertura di un tavolo di trattativa. Il tavolo non è ancora stato convocato. Il risultato? altri 14 assegnisti post-doc senza un contratto.
È questa la soluzione adottata dalla nostra Amministrazione? Lasciare che il tempo lavi via l'onta di questi 400 assegnisti post-doc "superbi e sciocchi" che ambiscono a mettere a frutto anni di studio ed esperienza e magari anche

L'11 marzo 2010 si sono chiusi i termini per la presentazione in VII Commissione degli emendamenti al disegno di legge 1905 sulla riforma universitaria. Il testo delle proposte di maggioranza e opposizione e del relatore in commissione è ora visibile sul sito del Senato.
Sebbene siano circa 800 gli emendamenti presentati, appare subito evidente come nessuno di questi introduca alcun elemento di reale contraddizione e come resti confermato l'impianto della proposta di legge, costruita a misura dei soli tagli al finanziamento pubblico del sistema universitario italiano. Si è tenuta il 15 maggio 2010 a Roma l'assemblea nazionale dei lavoratori precari della FLC CGIL. La sala del Kirner in Via Ippolito Nievo, 35 ha cominciato a riempirsi già dalle 9 e durante l'assemblea decine di colleghi hanno dovuto restare in piedi.
